With an expanding global manufacturing footprint and product portfolio, the organization brings together engineering, operations, and industry expertise to support customers and communities around the world.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead the activities of professional staff responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, planning, budgeting, credit and collections, cost accounting, and financial control systems for regional operations.Lead and develop the local finance team and coordinate with external auditors and contracted financial and tax professionals.Produce forward-looking income statement and balance sheet forecasts, including inventory, capital expenditures, sales, margin, and expense analysis to support decision-making and performance management.Establish and maintain effective internal controls, financial governance, and oversight.Develop and implement systems to control manufacturing costs and monitor product line and customer profitability.Interpret and analyze financial data to influence and support management decisions aligned with organizational objectives.Support corporate initiatives, including the planned transition to SAP.Collaborate with other site and regional controllers.Complete additional ad hoc projects as assigned.The Successful ApplicantCandidate QualificationsStrong bilingual communication skills in English and Vietnamese, along with excellent interpersonal, managerial, and analytical abilities.Proven ability to retrieve, analyze, and interpret complex data, develop reports, draw conclusions, and make actionable recommendations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Strong experience with SAP or comparable ERP and reporting tools; ERP implementation experience is a plus.Ability to lead country reviews, provide strategic business insights, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions with a high level of attention to detail.Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in business, accounting, or finance; MBA and/or CPA/CPC certifications strongly preferred.A minimum of 10 years of broad-based financial experience, preferably within manufacturing or textile industries.In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP accounting principles.Strong organizational, critical thinking, and deadline management skills.Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.What's on OfferReady to make an impact?
