Job Description

  • Developing and implementing franchise strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and synergy across projects.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Managing franchise budgets and ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders within the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Driving compliance with regulatory standards and corporate policies.
  • Providing leadership and mentorship to the franchise team to ensure high performance.
  • Preparing and delivering reports on franchise performance to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

  • An educational background in a relevant field such as pharmacist, business or healthcare.
  • Proven expertise in franchise management within the pharmaceuticals, life science or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide teams.
  • Proficiency in English and Vietnamese communication skills.
