On-Farm Technical Support* Conduct regular visits to customer farms to evaluate herd performance, health status, reproduction, housing conditions, and management practices.* Provide expert guidance on sow and boar management, pig flow, farrowing performance, and genetic potential optimization.* Diagnose on-farm challenges related to health, nutrition, environment, biosecurity, or management, and develop actionable improvement plans.2. Health, Welfare & Biosecurity* Advise customers on protocols ensuring the health, welfare, and biosecurity of animals in alignment with industry standards.* Guide the implementation of vaccination programs, medication protocols, and early-detection practices for disease prevention.* Review environmental controls (ventilation, temperature, humidity, air quality) and recommend improvements to animal comfort and performance.3. Nutrition & Feed Management* Assess feeding programs and collaborate with nutritionists to optimize diets for each production stage.* Identify nutritional gaps affecting productivity, growth, or reproduction and provide recommendations.4. Breeding & Genetic Program Support* Offer expert support on genetic program implementation, gilt development, boar utilization, and recording systems.* Support customers in achieving genetic progress through performance monitoring, data analysis, and continuous improvement plans.5. Customer Training & Education* Deliver training sessions and workshops for farm managers, technicians, and veterinarians on best practices in swine production and breeding.* Support customers in adopting new technology, digital tools, and data platforms.6. Internal Collaboration* Work closely with the Sales, R&D, Supply Chain to ensure alignment in customer support and product performance.* Provide feedback on field trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product or service improvements.7.
