About Our Client

Our client is a large international organization with a strong focus on digital transformation and operational efficiency. They are expanding their internal IT capabilities and looking for a SharePoint specialist who can drive business process improvements through modern workplace technologies.

Job Description

The SharePoint Business Analyst will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather business requirements, design SharePoint solutions, and support continuous enhancements to document management and workflow processes. Responsibilities include:

SharePoint Management

  • Work directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into SharePoint requirements.
  • Design site structures, lists, libraries, and dashboards that support collaboration and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow automation using Power Automate and other Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Create documentation, user guides, and conduct training to improve user adoption.



Customization & Configuration

  • Configure and enhance SharePoint features using Power Apps, Power Automate, and integrations.
  • Build forms, workflows, and customized components that align with business processes.
  • Manage SharePoint environments, permissions, and site configurations.



User Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide ongoing technical support for SharePoint users and resolve platform‑related issues.
  • Implement feedback and continuously improve user experience.



Governance & Compliance

  • Maintain governance standards to ensure security, data accuracy, and proper access controls.
  • Ensure all SharePoint operations meet internal policies and external regulatory requirements.



The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in SharePoint business analysis or SharePoint solution delivery.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, permissions, and workflows.
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and work across technical/non‑technical teams.
  • Knowledge of governance, security standards, and compliance practices.
  • Optional: Experience with Power BI, SQL, HTML, or scripting languages is a plus.
  • Attributes: detail‑oriented, proactive, collaborative, adaptable, and professional.
