Job Description

As a Product Growth Manager, you will be in charge of

  • Develop and refine GTM strategies across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Run structured experiments to identify friction points and uncover product opportunities.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative insights to define priorities and refine product experiences.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding pathways and improve conversion.
  • Build hypotheses, evaluate outcomes, and iterate on growth motions using data-backed evaluation.
  • Monitor product usage and behavior patterns to reveal trends and improvement areas.
  • Contribute to scalable systems, frameworks, and processes that elevate overall product performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • 4+ years experience in product growth, product analytics, or product strategy within tech or SaaS.
  • Strong comfort with experimentation, funnel analysis, and metrics tracking.
  • Ability to translate data into clear actions and structured recommendations.
  • Familiar with A/B testing, user research, and product discovery approaches.
  • Skilled in working with quantitative tools (e.g., dashboards, SQL, analytics platforms).
  • Thrives in fast-evolving environments and enjoys iterating quickly.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to convey insights simply and effectively.
