Our client is a well-known large organization operating in the manufacturing industry. They are committed to driving operational excellence and fostering a results-oriented workplace.

Job Description

  • Lead all finance operations at the Vietnam factory.
  • Partner with operations to improve manufacturing efficiency.
  • Oversee product costing and cost analysis.
  • Prepare budget, forecast, and financial performance analysis.
  • Handle month-end reporting for both local and group requirements.
  • Manage intercompany transactions and internal controls.
  • Ensure tax compliance and coordinate with auditors and tax agents.
  • Monitor and forecast cash flow and treasury activities.
  • Manage capital structure, liabilities, and company funds.
  • Strengthen internal controls, procurement compliance, and risk management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
  • Chief Accountant Certificate required; ACCA/CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years finance experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • 5+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
  • Solid IFRS knowledge and experience in multinational or large organisations.
  • Good English communication, ERP exposure, and strong leadership & coordination abilities.
