Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will oversee the following areas:* Identify opportunities and proactively grow client accounts.* Build and maintain client relationships.

* In charge of end-to-end project cycles, including intake, execution, and profit-and-loss oversight.

* Manage daily workflow, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery.

* Ensure strict compliance with client and industry protocols.

* Coordinate across time zones to manage smooth project hand-offs.

* Guide team members with clear direction and actionable feedback.

* Foster a positive and high-performance working environment aligned with company values.

* Contribute to internal initiatives that enhance operations and expansion.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Account Manager should have:

* 4+ years of experience in consulting, research, recruitment or expert networks.

* A minimum of 2 years managing client-facing role at a senior level.

* Proven ability to guide and develop teams.

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or related fields.

* Advanced English communication skills.

* Demonstrated ability to manage complex communication threads and client expectations.

* Result-oriented, detail-oriented, and highly proactive.

* Experience working with international consulting or financial services clients.

* Track record of contributing to revenue growth or client retention.

* Additional language proficiency (bonus, not required).
