Job Description

Technology & Delivery

  • Oversee software development teams (frontend, backend, QA, DevOps, cloud).
  • Ensure quality execution across SDLC, CI/CD, testing, and release management.
  • Support AWS cloud infrastructure and deployment environments.
  • Drive alignment with Group architecture, security, and product roadmaps.



Operations & Leadership

  • Manage a 26+ person team; lead hiring, talent development, and performance.
  • Oversee office operations, HR, and administrative functions.
  • Monitor budgets, financial reporting, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Act as legal representative of the Vietnam entity.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 16+ years' experience, including 3+ years in management.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, cloud environments (AWS), DevOps, QA automation.
  • Experience working with multinational tech teams.
  • English and Vietnamese speaking
