It delivers structured learning programs designed to support language development and academic progression.With a long-standing presence in the market, it emphasizes quality standards, consistent learning experiences, and ongoing improvement in its educational approach and operations.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesFinancial Leadership & StrategyLead and align the finance function with overall business strategy and operational objectives.Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and risk mitigation.Partner with the Executive Team and key stakeholders to deliver actionable financial insights that drive performance and strategic decisions.Support strategic initiatives including pricing strategy, cost optimization, investment planning, and corporate restructuring.Operational Efficiency & TransformationDrive operational and budget efficiency through innovation, digitization, and process enhancement.Lead finance transformation initiatives, including automation, dashboard reporting, and data analytics adoption.Centralize finance operations while enabling appropriate autonomy at branch level to balance consistency and flexibility.Establish and maintain strong internal controls, compliance processes, and financial governance frameworks across locations.Governance, Audit & Risk ManagementManage relationships with auditors, tax authorities, bankers, legal advisors, and other external partners.Oversee audits and tax inspections, ensuring compliance with Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).Strengthen governance structures and safeguard financial integrity across the organization.Team Leadership & Capability BuildingBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team across multiple locations.Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.Mentor finance leaders and enhance capabilities in FP&A, business partnering, and digital finance tools.The Successful ApplicantCandidate Profile10-15 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role working directly with CEOs, Boards, or investors.Proven track record managing finance teams of 10+ people with strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.Minimum 3 years of Big 4 audit experience (KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, or EY preferred).Industry experience in education, retail, or other multi-outlet businesses with nationwide operations is highly desirable.Demonstrated success in standardizing financial operations and driving efficiency across decentralized networks.Strong proficiency in accounting systems, dashboard reporting, and data analytics; experience leading finance transformation initiatives is an advantage.Solid experience managing audits, tax inspections, and external partnerships.Exposure to M&A, due diligence, and corporate restructuring is a plus.Strong knowledge of VAS and IFRS.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; CPA, ACCA, or CFA certification preferred.Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Vietnamese.Strong alignment with values such as Passion, Accountability, Integrity, Innovation, and Partnership.What's on OfferReady to shape the financial future of a fast-growing, multi-location organization?Step into a high-impact leadership role where your ideas drive transformation, your insights influence strategy, and your leadership builds lasting value.If you're ready to lead, innovate, and make a measurable difference, we'd love to hear from you.
