Job Description

  • Build and deliver financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting models with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure quality budget/forecast submissions and manage review meetings.
  • Provide insightful analysis to support management decision‑making and improve data efficiency.
  • Identify variances against budget, forecast, and prior year, providing meaningful KPI commentary.
  • Oversee timely, accurate Group, financial, and management reporting in line with IFRS and internal policies.
  • Enhance reporting formats and processes to meet evolving management needs.
  • Monitor departmental costs, support budgeting/forecasting, and deliver cost analysis and ad‑hoc reviews.
  • Develop and coach team members, setting KPIs and development plans to strengthen capability.
  • Act as a key business partner to commercial and operational teams, supporting cost, margin, and efficiency initiatives.
  • Strengthen internal controls, address audit findings, and respond to senior leadership's financial reporting and analysis requests.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting, or a related field.
  • ACCA, CPA qualifications are highly preferred.
  • Over 10 years of experience in Finance with at least 05 years experienced in management role in a large-sized manufacturing company.
  • Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
