Job Description

  • Ensure timely and accurate statutory & management reporting, including full set of accounts and consolidation.
  • Review and validate Balance Sheet & P&L reconciliations, ensuring audit readiness and data integrity.
  • Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, statutory filings, audits, and internal control requirements.
  • Manage cash flow planning and funding coordination with Regional/Corporate teams.
  • Oversee banking operations and partner with Corporate Treasury, Legal, and Tax on key initiatives.
  • Lead budgeting & forecasting for Opex and Capex, including variance analysis and business case support.
  • Manage office administration and facilities operations (vendors, travel agents, procurement, office services).
  • Drive office-related projects (renovation, relocation, lease negotiation, security) and lead BCP execution.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to simplify workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Drive cost optimisation programmes and identify key cost drivers across functions.
  • Implement stronger governance and control enhancements aligned with business strategy.
  • Standardise policies, procedures, and reporting to align with regional best practices.
  • Drive automation and productivity improvements to reduce manual work and improve scalability.
  • Act as a change leader, partnering with stakeholders to ensure adoption and sustainable execution.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and corporate services; including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
  • Solid experience in ERP systems, BI tools, and Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
